Zucchini Tart is light and easy to make, Zucchini Tart is perfect for summer! This pie recipe is without dough, which even allows you to make it during an improvised meal. Indeed, the zucchini pie without dough requires few ingredients and time, enough to fully enjoy your guests!

Zucchini Tart
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 2 or 3 zucchini
- 1 cooked chicken fillet
- 1 to mato
- 1/2 log of goat cheese
- light grated cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon of mustard
Instructions
- reheat the oven to 360°f/ 180°C
- Peel the Zucchini and cut them into slices. Steam them into boiling water for about 3 minutes. Prick the dough and brush it with mustard.
- Cut the tomato into slices, the half-log of goat cheese into pieces and the chicken fillet into very small pieces.
- When the zucchini are cooked, put the dough in a baking tray greased with cooking spray
- Arrange the zucchini on the dough.
- Add the tomato slices, then the small chicken cubes.
- Arrange the pieces of goat cheese, the low-fat grated cheese, salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven
- Serve and enjoy your tart!
