- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch of onion powder
- 1 pinch of finely ground cumin
- 1 Pinch of red colored dot or spoon beet powder
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of molasses or tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
Wash the chicken well, rub it with vinegar and tahini, and set it aside in a colander
Let's start with the tandoori mix
Stir the spices over a low heat until they are well roasted, and then leave them aside for 5 minutes
Take about 3 and a half tablespoons of the spice mixture and add it to the yogurt, tomato molasses and olive oil
Mix these ingredients well
Put the chicken thighs in an oven tray
Grease the chicken thighs with the tandoori marinade that you have prepared
Leave the chicken to soak in the tandoori seasoning for about 6 hours and put it in the fridge
After the required time has passed, we put the chicken thighs marinated in tandoori in the oven on a high heat and cook them until they are well cooked for about 5 minutes per side
In the last 10 minutes, we turn on the oven from the top to get the beautiful reddish color of the chicken
Serve and enjoy your dish!
