Lebanese Atayef

What is better than a small Lebanese Atayef pancake filled with milk cream and pistachios. It's sumptous, melting, needs less filling than an oriental almond pastry and very easy to make! Atayef makes a great dessert recipe that you can serve during the holy month of Ramadan.
