Start preparing the dough; and to do that mix the dough ingredients and knead it with warm water, you need about a cup of water
Leave the dough in a warm place after covering it and let it to rise for an hour
Meanwhile, prepare the filling, chop and wash the spinach, then put it in a colander and sprinkle it with salt until it wilts
Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan, stir the chopped onions, season with the salt, the pepper and the sumac, then remove the onions from the heat and add in the spinach, the walnuts, the pomegranate molasses and the lemon juice
Form the pies in a triangular shape and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes
