Preheat your oven to about 180°F
Use coffee cups, grease and wipe them with butter and then put them on a suitable tray.
Prepare the basbousa mixture and to do that; in a deep bowl, put the semolina, the coconut, sugar, mastic, baking powder, milk, oil, cream, eggs and vanilla, using a wooden spoon to stir very well together.
Set the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
Put about a tablespoon of the mixture in each cup.
Put a little cheese and cream over the mixture.
Place the baking tray with the coffee cup in it in a preheated oven
Bake the cheese basbousah for 20 minutes
As soon as you take it out of the oven directly, spread some syrup on top
Sprinkle the cheese basbousa with pistachios, then serve and enjoy!
