Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb of boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup regular rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon shawarma spices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 to mato
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 loaves of Shami bread
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, season with salt and shawarma spices, half a spoon of turmeric, half a spoon of curry and a spoon of vinegar and leave in the refrigerator for two hours.
  • Cut the bread into small pieces and fry it in abundant oil.
  • Prepare the rice by putting a cup of water and adding to it a tablespoon of oil, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of turmeric, half a spoon of curry and a cube of chicken stock.
  • After the water boils, add the rice and leave it on a low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Put a little oil in a bowl, add the shawarma, cover and leave until cooked.
  • Then cut the tomatoes and onions into small cubes, add to the shawarma and lower the heat
  • Prepare the garlic dip by putting yogurt, mayonnaise and garlic in a bowl with stirring.
  • Prepare a serving plate and put the fried bread, then a layer of garlic, then a layer of rice, then a layer of garlic dip, then a layer of shawarma and serve
