Ingredients
- 2 flat breads
- 1/2 cup clarified butter
- 4 eggs slightly beaten Salt to taste
Instructions
- Tear the bread into small proper pieces.
- Heat the butter in a deep wide pan.
- Add bread pieces in it.
- Fry them until brown and a little crisp.
- Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat them slightly.
- Pour the eggs over the bread pieces.
- Stir for about 1-2 minutes over low heat just to scramble the eggs.
- Fatoot is ready.
