  • 2 flat breads
  • 1/2 cup clarified butter
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten Salt to taste
  1. Tear the bread into small proper pieces.
  2. Heat the butter in a deep wide pan.
  3. Add bread pieces in it.
  4. Fry them until brown and a little crisp.
  5. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat them slightly.
  6. Pour the eggs over the bread pieces.
  7. Stir for about 1-2 minutes over low heat just to scramble the eggs.
  8. Fatoot is ready.
