  • 15 inch sheets puff pastry 4 x 4square
  • 1 cups ½cream
  • 1 cups ½milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup of almonds
  • ½ cup ahazelnuts
  • ½ cup apistachios
  1. Pre-heat an oven to 180 C (350 F).
  2. Place the puff pastry side by side on a slight greased baking tray and bake golden brown in 6 to 8 minutes in the oven , best is to bake them in batches, cool down after baking on a flat surface.
  3. Spread the nuts over the same baking tray and roast golden brown in 4 to 5 minutes in the oven, allow cooling
  4. Crush the nuts and mix them all together. Bring the milk and cream together to a boil with the sugar
  5. Crush the puff pastry in the serving dish.
  6. Add the nuts over the puff pastry Pour the milk and cream mix on top Bake at 220 Centigrade / 428 Fahrenheit for 10 – 15 minutes
