  • 1 liter. broth 500g couscous 4 cups
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon ¾salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml yogurt dried mint
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add couscous and saute for a few minutes.
  2. Then add 1 liter broth (I prefer chicken stock) and cook until couscous has absorbed all the water (10-15 minutes).
  3. Mix yogurt, salt, smashed garlic in a bowl..
  4. Mix with couscous. You can add dried mint on the top if you like.
