  • 1/2 package pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 Turkish sausage fresh thyme
  • 1 tomato salt pepper muscat
  1. Put water to boil in saucepan.
  2. By the time let's make a sauce. Heat the pan with 3 tablespoons butter. When the oil heats add 1.5 tablespoons flour and saute for a 40 sec.
  3. Then add 3 cups of milk, stirring constantly, add little by little. Boil until the milk concentrate.
  4. Add salt and pepper. Grate some muscat. Add egg and half of grated Kashar cheese.
  5. Fry Turkish sausages in a small pan.
  6. When the water in sausepan become to boil add salt, a little olive oil and the pasta and cook until pasta ready. Strain and put to the baking chamber with baking paper on it. Pour sauce over pasta and put sausages, slide tomatoes, and fresh thyme.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C until golden. Serve hot.
