Ingredients :

  • g A packet or 397of Nestle condensed milk
  • 1 g كوب cup or 300of dates extracted from the kernel and chopped
  • 1 ml cup or 250of water
  • 1 g teaspoon of baking soda cup or 100unsalted butter chopped
  • 1/3 g cup or 70soft sugar
  • 2 in eggs kepta temperate place
  • 1 g cup or 175of white flour
  • 2 teaspoons flannel powder

Instructions :

  1. NESTLÉ® condensed milk is poured with dates and water in a large saucepan. Boil the mixture and cook on low heat with stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the fire and add baking soda.
  2. The mixture then becomes spongy and then left to cool down.
  3. Mix the butter in another bowl with sugar until the mixture is soft. Add the egg whites one by one with the ingredients well after each addition.
  4. Add the flour with flannel powder carefully and mix with the rest of the ingredients, then add dates mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish after buttering it with flour.
  6. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 40 to 45 minutes or until a skewer is inserted in the middle and removed.
