  • --Meatballs :
  • 1 kg ground meat
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large onions grated ,
  • 1 egg
  • 3 garlic cloves grated,
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakesr
  • 1/2 tablespoon black peppe
  • --Sauce :
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • --Stuffing :
  • 2 potatoes, medium sized
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3-4 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon milk Mozzarella cheese, grated
--Making Meatballs :
  1. Transfer ground meat into a large tray and add breadcrumbs, grated onions and garlic, red pepper flakes, egg, salt and black pepper in it and knead well.
  2. Now roll a handful of meat mixture between your hands and shape them like a bowl.
  3. Place them in baking tray.
  4. Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven (400F) for about 15 minutes, do not over cook them.
--Serving :
  1. Stuff 2 tablespoons of puree in the baked meatballs.
  2. Spread some grated mozzarella cheese and sauce on tops.
  3. Now bake them again in a preheated oven (360F) for about 20 minutes.
  4. Delicious stuffed meatballs are ready to serve.
--For Stuffing:
  1. In a large pan, boil potatoes for about 30-35 minutes.
  2. Then remove them from heat and let them cool down for peeling.
--Sauce :
  1. In a tablespoon of tomato paste, add water and mix well.
