Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1/2 kg Lamb cut into small cubes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 tablespoon red chili paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 bunch of spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 4-5 cup water or 1.5 liter
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

Instructions :

  1. Remove the stalks of spinach leaves.
  2. Wash them carefully.
  3. Chop these spinach leaves finely and set aside.
  4. Smash the garlic cloves.
  5. Add oil in the cooker.
  6. Add the half of the smashed garlic in it and saute until it gets a little brown add some water to avoid garlic paste from burning.
  7. Add all the spices like; salt, cumin, red chili paste, white pepper and tomato paste and saute again for 1 minute.
  8. Add meat and spinach and mix them well.
  9. Let it cook under pressure for about 30-45 minutes over high heat.
  10. Liquefy the cornflour.
  11. Now add cornflour and remaining garlic in it and cook it for more 5 minutes.
  12. Delicious and spicy meat-spinach stew is ready.
