  • 1 in fish cutcubes
  • 3 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger crushed
  • 1 small green bell pepper diced
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon corn starch
  • 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cup water
  1. Heat cooking oil in the pan. Now add garlic and onion in it and cook until onions become soften.
  2. Then put tomato, ginger and green bell pepper in it and stir them.
  3. Add vinegar in it and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Put soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce and sugar in it.
  5. Add water to it and bring to a boil. Dilute corn starch in 2 tablespoon of water and set aside.
  6. Now add fried fish in water containing other ingredients.
  7. Put corn starch mixture to thicken the sauce, stir and cook it for another 2 minutes.
  8. Then turn off the heat. Yummy sweet and sour fish is ready.
  9. Serve saluna fish with plain rice.
