  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 teaspoon Sahlab dried root of orchid
  • 1 teaspoon starch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Cinnamon for topping
  1. Place a pot on the stove, add the milk, sahlab and the starch.
  2. Mix well while stirring constantly.
  3. Heat until boiling point.
  4. Now add vanilla.
  5. Stir it and cook until the milk thickens, then add sugar and mix well by stirring continiously.
  6. Yummy Sahlab is ready.
  7. Pour in the cups, sprinkle cinnamon on it.
  8. Serve hot.
