2poundboneless meat, cut into cubes
2cuppumpkin peeled and diced
2cupsweet potato, peeled and diced
1/2 cupchopped eggplant into cubeschickpea
2piecemedium onions, finely chopped
1piecegreen pepper, finely chopped
4piecegarlic cloves, crushed
1pinch cinnamon .
1pinch freshly ground black pepper
1pinchSalt to taste
Heat the oil in large saucepan over a medium high heat; then add in the spices
Add the garlic and the meat. And stir the mixture very well together
Add in the onion and the chopped green pepper; then sauté for about 4 to 5 minutes
Add in the sweet potatoes, the pumpkin and the eggplant
Pour in the water and let simmer over a medium high heat; then reduce the heat and let cook for about 45 minutes
