Pomegranate and Date Smoothie
- 4 cups pomegranate juice (bottled or homemade)
- 250 g date paste
- 1 cup of condensed milk
- 1 g cup skimmed yogurt and 600ice (crushed)
- Add all ingredients in an up-right blender except for the ice.
- Blend until thick and smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend again to combine.
- Serve immediately in large chilled glasses.
