Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 medium zucchini
  • cup grated 1/4flour
  • 2 tablespoon dill weed minced
  • 4-6 onions minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • teaspoon minced 1baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon fresh spearmint minced
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Take the grated zucchini and squeeze its juice.
  2. In a bowl add grated zucchini and onions, dill weeds,parsley and spearmint with it.
  3. Add flour, baking powder , eggs and salt in it and mix them very well to form a batter.
  4. Put olive oil in the pan and pour tablespoon full of the zucchini batter in it.
  5. Let it fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with garlic yogurt.
