Ingredients :

  • 4-6 ounce salmon fillets skinless and center-cut
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
  • 1 tablespoon garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Tomato and lemon wedges for garnishing Fresh cilantro, garnishing

Instructions :

  1. Add lemon juice, salt, garlic, pepper, ground coriander seeds and cumin powder in the yogurt and mix them well.
  2. Pour this marinade into a plastic bag and add salmon fillets in it. Close this plastic bag and shake it gently for a minute.
  3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Preheat the grill to a medium high.
  4. Gently grease the grill with cooking spray, or simply brush the grill with oil. Remove the fish fillets from the marinade and place them on the grill.
  5. Cook them for about 8-12 minutes, turning sides after every 2 minutes.
  6. When the fish become tender and a little browned remove it from grill. Garnish with lemon and tomato wedges and cilantro leaves. Serve hot.
