  • 6 potatoes
  • 800 g ground meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil canola oil
  1. peel the potatoes and cut each one to small (square) pieces
  2. On a medium heat place a pot, add the 4 tbsp. of oil, the diced onions and lastly the meat, season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Once the meat is fully cooked (5 mins) add the diced potatoes
  4. Cover the pot, 15-20 mins the food should be ready.
