Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 800 g ground meat
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil canola oil
Instructions
- peel the potatoes and cut each one to small (square) pieces
- On a medium heat place a pot, add the 4 tbsp. of oil, the diced onions and lastly the meat, season with salt and pepper to taste
- Once the meat is fully cooked (5 mins) add the diced potatoes
- Cover the pot, 15-20 mins the food should be ready.
