Ingredients
  • 150 g minced meat
  • 1 cup fine bulgur
  • 1-2 tbsps of flour
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper and cumin
Instructions
  1. Chop onions.
  2. Mix miced meat with bulgur, egg, flour, salt and spices and onions.
  3. After 20 minutes make a little snowballs by hands.
  4. While making this you can soak your hands with water.
  5. Fry onions, tomato sous in oil.
  6. After that, add 6 cup of water and when the water stars to boil add meatballs. Cook about 20 minutes.
  7. You can service with chopped parsley.
