Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg ground meat
  • 1 cup smallbroken rice
  • 1 cup smallbulgur wheat
  • 1 tablespoon flour 9-10 branches of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 carrot. peeled and cut into little pieces
  • 1 potato peeled and diced
  • 1 tomato grated 2 onions
  • 4 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 liter boiling water
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add 1 grated onions, parsley, broken rice, bulgur wheat, ground meat, salt and black pepper and knead them well with hands.
  2. Now dust some flour to the tray. Make little meatballs and place them over the flour.
  3. Dust some more flour over the meatballs and shake the tray so that the flour covers all the meatballs.
  4. Pour cooking oil in the pot and add one chopped onion in it, leave them for roasting. Then add tomatoes to the roasted onions and leave for a minute.
  5. Now add tomato paste, carrots, salt and water to it and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Then add potatoes and meatballs in it and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
  7. Pour the soup in a bowl and serve hot.
