Adhan al-Qadi is a kind of Andalusian sweet, which dates back to the time of the Islamic rule of Andalusia. To this day, this sweet is famous in Tunisia and is called Wathnin al-Qadi, and Libya is also known for it, and it is called al-Dillah. And the call to prayer of the judge may be one of the Andalusian dishes introduced by Andalusians who immigrated to Tunisia after the expulsion decision in 1609 AD. Adhan al-Qadi or Uzan al-Qadi sweets are made by mixing flour with eggs and oil, then kneading the dough, dividing it into slices, and forming each slice in a cylindrical shape.
