1 teaspoon turmeric

1largelemon washed & cut into ringskeep two lemon slices to put inside each fish

Clean the fish with water. Sprinkle salt, flour and white vinegar or lemon juice. Rub the fish both sides. leave 5 minutes and then wash.
Into the baking dish add the garlic, spices, olive oil and parsley. Mix well. Put one fish in the baking dish. . Make 3 slits on top of each side of the fish. Rub it with the prepared paste and put some inside the fish. Remove the fish into a dish. Repeat with the second fish.
In the baking dish add potato slices, carrots, tomatoes, sweet peppers, lemon. Add spices. (there will be some of the paste used for rubbing the fish)
Mix the tomato paste with 2 cups of hot water and add into the sides of the tray surrounding the vegetables. Add additional 1 cup of water if needed until the liquid covers up to ⅔ of the vegetables. Add the fish on top. in each fish put one slice of lemon.
Cover the fish with foil paper in 450F/204C for about 10 minutes. Reduce to 350F/177C and leave it for about 1 hour or until the fish and vegetables are cooked.
