Chicken Tagine

This is a favorite Moroccan dish, better known as Chicken Tagine. Even though Morocco is part of Africa, but the food is still considered a middle eastern recipe. The dish is made of veggies, spices, meats, and different delicious ingredients cooked in one the traditional Moroccan plate. This recipe is cooked on a traditional plate with a cover, which is also called Tagine cookware. Additionally, there’s a good style of Tagine meals, and not many places can provide the precise same style. However, whether boiled with dried fruit, nuts, preserved lemons, or olives, the meats and vegetables in Tagines are continuously tender and aromatic.
