  • 1 whole chicken with skin,cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 lemon squeezed
  • 2 eggs 1corn flour
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoon green chili paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup water Oil for frying Bread crumbs, optional
  1. Add lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, salt, green chili paste, a little corn flour and water in a bowl and mix them well.
  2. Dip the chicken pieces in this mixture and let them marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. In another bowl add all purpose flour, black pepper, corn flour, turmeric powder and salt, whisk them gently.
  4. Beat the eggs slightly in a bowl.
  5. Remove the chicken from marinade and inject the remaining marinade in chicken pieces.
  6. Dip each pieces in egg one by one and then in the flour mixture.
  7. Heat oil in the pan and deep fry them for about 3-5 minutes on medium high heat. Al baik chicken is ready!
  8. Serve with a bun,fries and garlic sauce.
