Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken with skin,cut into 8 pieces
- 2 lemon squeezed
- 2 eggs 1corn flour
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoon green chili paste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup water Oil for frying Bread crumbs, optional
Instructions
- Add lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, salt, green chili paste, a little corn flour and water in a bowl and mix them well.
- Dip the chicken pieces in this mixture and let them marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
- In another bowl add all purpose flour, black pepper, corn flour, turmeric powder and salt, whisk them gently.
- Beat the eggs slightly in a bowl.
- Remove the chicken from marinade and inject the remaining marinade in chicken pieces.
- Dip each pieces in egg one by one and then in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in the pan and deep fry them for about 3-5 minutes on medium high heat. Al baik chicken is ready!
- Serve with a bun,fries and garlic sauce.
