Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic peeled and finely crushed
  • 1 Handful of parsley washed and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of dry mint
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of finely ground cumin
  • A teaspoon of mixed cooking spices
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

Instructions

  • Cut the flower into small pieces and wash well, then put it in a pot containing water and a little salt, and leave the pot on a medium heat until the flower is tender for about 15 minutes
