Palestinian Cauliflower Fritters (Mshat)
- 2 medium onions finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic peeled and finely crushed
- 1 Handful of parsley washed and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of dry mint
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of finely ground cumin
- A teaspoon of mixed cooking spices
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon of salt

- Cut the flower into small pieces and wash well, then put it in a pot containing water and a little salt, and leave the pot on a medium heat until the flower is tender for about 15 minutes
