Ingredients
  

  • For the Qatayef dough
  • 1 Cup of fine semolina
  • 4 Cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2 vanilla packets
  • 1 packet of dry yeast bread
  • 1 Envelope packet of baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of carbonate
  • 3 cups of lukewarm milk
  • 3 cups of lukewarm water
  • For the cream:
  • 1 packet of cream chantilly
  • 1 packet of strawberry flavored chantilly cream
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of caster sugar
  • 2 cans of heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Put the dry materials consecutively in a large bowl
  • After adding the dry ingredients, add the milk and water
  • Mix for about 15 minutes
  • Divide the dough into two parts for coloring
  • Add the color you like to the first portion to your liking, you can choose pink and blue to please girls and boys
  • Cook the Qatayef in a non-stick frying pan
  • To prepare the cream; pour the milk, the cream powder, and the sugar and whisk lightly, then add the cream and increase the whipping speed
  • Stuff the Qatayef with a pastry bag, and you can add the syrup as desired and decorate as desired with a topping of your choice
