Savory Cheese Cake
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of liquid milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 ½ cups white cheese halloumi, cheddar or mozzarella, to taste
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup green thyme
- Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them, then add the vegetable oil
- Add the olive oil, salt (taking into account if the cheese is salty) and sugar and mix well.
- Add milk and thyme and stir the ingredients.
- Add the cheese and stir until well combined.
- Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and stir until all the ingredients are well combined, and the mixture becomes thick.
- Grease the cake pan with ghee and sprinkle it with flour
