Ingredients

  • 3 artichokes
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • Lettuce or watercress
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Clean the artichokes and cut it into small cubes
  • Put the shredded bottle in a pan and pour an important amount of water
  • Put the pan over the fire and add a spoonful of lemon juice
  • Set on the heat for about 7 to 10 minutes
  • Lift the pan from the stove; then drain and pour the cold water on top
